4-6 HOUR CURE – 25Kg

Epoxy Effects Slow Set EPDM Binder is a single component moisture curing
polyurethane binder. The curing time is approximately 4 to 6 hours at a
temperature of 25°c and a relative humidity of 50%.
If used at lower temperatures and humidity the cure time will be considerably
extended, so use of ALIPHATIC ACTIVATOR 0613 may be required to shorten cure
times.

The product should only be used between the temperatures of 5°c and 25°c.
Primarily used for laid in situ bound SBR and EPDM screeded safety surfaces,
Epoxy Effects Slow Set Binder exhibits excellent adhesion to most rubber
granulates and gives a strong performance in both tensile strength and
durability. Epoxy Effects Slow Set Binder is also used in the manufacture of
rubber safety tiles, rubber mats and moulded rubber products.
